台灣刷外國信用卡的地方 Where you can use foreign credit cards in Taiwan.

台灣實在是太方便了，所以無紙支付的進展比很多西方國家慢，以前能允許外國信用卡的地方手指都數得出來，不過現在隨著各種支付在台灣越來越方便，有越來越多的地方接受apply pay或google pay，但許多店家還是不支持外國信用卡(並非外商銀行在台灣發行的信用卡，是在國外發行的信用卡)，這個實在是對從各處來的旅人是很大的不方便，加上台灣希望往觀光業發展，希望未來對於使用外國信用卡能更加的開放。(比起以前已經進步很多，竟然現在7-11可以收外國信用卡，可惜全家還不行)

It was too convenient in Taiwan, the paperless payment progress was too slow compare with lots countries in the world, especially there wasn’t much place accepted foreign credit cards. Now, mobile payments is getting more and more popular, most place still won’t accept foreign credit with line-pay px-pay, even apple pay or google pay. It isn’t very friendly to foreign visitors especially the Taiwan government’s emphasis on tourism development in recent years. I hope the situation will get better soon.

可以在台灣刷國外的信用卡對消費者有很多好處，除了不用提現金先被收一筆手續費外，像美國許多信用卡是不收國外刷卡手續費的，還可以累積點數，省了很多中間銀行賺去的匯差。

許多小店會收Line Pay，像是早餐店，飲料店，Line Pay經我測試是可以綁定外國信用卡的，這樣也可以增加不使用現金的機率，我在全聯試了好幾次就是不收外國信用卡，不管是G Pay或是實體信用卡，太可惜了，不過家樂福的超市或家樂福量販店都收，要買生鮮的人也可以考慮家樂福。

我自己最喜歡的幾張卡有Chase的CSP/CSR還有Discover(只是台灣幾乎不收)，或是美國各家銀行的航空聯名信用卡及旅館聯名信用卡幾乎也都不收國外刷卡手續費

以前在美國唸書的時候，看日本同學刷日本本國卡都不手軟，一問才知道也是免國外手續費的信用卡，原來是當時台灣的銀行出的信用卡福利沒有這麼好，十年過去，台灣的信用卡銀行還是沒什麼太大的進步，有幾張國外刷卡免手續費的信用卡出現不過也限制一堆，不然又是要計算海外刷卡回饋大於國外刷卡手續費，或又限制出國刷卡的國家，對我來說實在是很難記得，台灣人出國旅遊或經商的頻率其實很高，希望台灣的信用卡市場能推出更好的卡。
